# Kick-off Call

Within our introductory email, we will request that you book a Kick-off call with your implementation manager to get started. During the call, we will discuss:

* **Overview of the OpenApply Implementation Process**
* **Review OpenApply Implementation Goals** 
* **Discuss Milestones &  Success Plan** 
* **Outline Next Steps & Training Sessions**
* **Review Data required for your site build** 
* **Q\&A**
