# Kick-off Call

In the Kick-off Call, we will introduce key stakeholders and collaboratively plan for a successful implementation. We'll discuss implementation goals, key dates, training sessions, and next steps, and develop a custom Success Plan. Additionally, we'll conduct basic data checks and provide a system navigation overview.
