# Go Live & Meeting SEM

In this meeting you will be introduced to your School Experience Manager (your long-term contact) and together we will review and confirm your long term goals for ManageBac+ to ensure you are supported and successful with using ManageBac+ moving forward.

* **Debrief & Review:**
  * Review training outcomes and any final implementation questions.
  * Adjust long-term goals and objectives for ManageBac+ usage as needed.
* **Meet Your School Experience Manager:**
  * Get introduced to your dedicated School Experience Manager, who will support your long-term goals.
* **Ongoing Support:**
  * Get introduced to the ways you can seek additional support moving forward.
