Connect to GDS

Start with a blank template:

Choose Google Sheets:

Add pivot table:

Modify the dimensions:

You will not have full_name field — this is created at a later stage. Choose first_name for now.

Add a Control

Make the Control set for "Full Name"

Add `full_name` field:

Bottom right-hand corner, find "Add a field":

Then "New Calculated Field" with this formula:
