Now that the raw data is in the spreadsheet, you need to shape the data so that the data is normalized, with consistent headers.
The spreadsheet provides a Term Grades menu with a handy conversion tool, written by Daniel Costich. Click on it here:
That will create a new sheet with the data as required:
