Success Planning

Previous👋 Welcome to Atlas!NextSite Configuration & Review

Last updated 4 months ago

Our process begins with an initial planning meeting where we collaborate with your leadership team to review your objectives, establish key milestones and timelines, and identify the necessary information to complete your Atlas site. We will also assist you in crafting a training plan for leadership and curriculum writers, discussing any professional development you've already purchased or may need to ensure their success. This plan will serve as a roadmap for managing your curriculum process during your first year using Atlas.

Schedule Your Initial Planning Meeting

Invite

  • Your Implementation Specialist will reach out to you about scheduling this meeting. Please invite to this meeting a core leadership team (e.g., 1-5 curriculum leaders) who will oversee the rollout and ongoing success of this initiative. You may wish to include a member of your IT team to assist with user and course data collection for Atlas.

Prepare

In this initial meeting, we'll discuss the following:

  • Vision, Goals, and Timeline: What is your vision for this curriculum initiative? What are your short-term (30-60 days) and long-term (1-3 years) goals? What key dates should we prioritize?

  • Curriculum Process: What is the current status of your curriculum, including unit and lesson plans? What has already been developed, and what still needs to be created? How do you envision the development process moving forward? Would you like to establish a culture of ongoing curriculum review and revision?

  • Key Teams: Who will be your curriculum leaders? Who will be the curriculum writers? Would you like to start with a pilot team or a full-scale rollout?

  • Training & PD: How experienced are these teams? What questions or push-back do you anticipate? What training or professional development will be needed to up-skill these teams effectively?

  • may also be discussed based on your goals and timeline. Feel free to review these, and ask your Implementation Specialist if you'd like more information.
