Author Reflection

School leaders and teachers should seriously consider their why before beginning the journey of mapping their early childhood curriculum. I hope the questions posed in this guide will prompt deep conversation between teachers and leaders.

As you and your teams have these deep conversations, remember that the process is iterative and ongoing. If you or your team need support in the process, reach out and I would be happy to continue the conversation as a thought partner. Lastly, remember to appreciate the children’s view of the world and enjoy the journey!
