Originally from the UK, Sonia has extensive IBDP Psychology and TOK teaching and examining experience. After many years of teaching on our revision courses in Oxford, Cambridge and Dubai, Sonia relocated to Australia and has been the General Manager of OSC Australia since 2020. Teachers

Anir Lal - Biology HL/SL - based in Queensland
Anir Lal is a very experienced IBDP Biology teacher and examiner and has been teaching HL Biology since 2008 in Queensland, where he has been preparing between 25 - 50 students for IB Biology exam every year. Peter has 27 years school teaching experience in NSW, the UK, and Victoria, and is teaching the Higher Level Analysis and Approaches course to both year 11 and year 12 in his current school. Following 25 years working internationally in the IT industry I became a Mathematics (IB and VCE) and Digital Technology secondary school teacher. I have been delivering IB revision courses for OSC since 2017. I have summitted two of the three 6,000m+ Mt Everest training peaks and I enjoy playing football and tennis. I have been teaching IB Business Management for 25 years in the Asia-Pacific region (Jakarta, Hong Kong, Brisbane, Singapore and now Gold Coast). I also teach IB Business online for Pamoja Education for both Northern and Southern Hemispheres. I am the sole online HL Business teacher for November schools. I was a Consultant/Subject Matter Expert for writing the online Business course for Pamoja Education (that syllabus ends this November). I wrote 3 units out of the 5 units in the syllabus. I have been an IB Examiner for HL Business Paper 2 for 15 years. I also teach Theory of Knowledge. Paul Mitchell – Chemistry HL – based in Queensland
Paul Mitchell has 20+ years of Chemistry teaching experience and has taught at schools in the United Kingdom, in NSW and in Queensland. He has 11 years experience teaching IBDP Chemistry at a selective IBDP high school and was the HOD Science there Peter McGrath - English Literature HL/SL- based in Queensland

Gill Ratcliffe - Economics HL/SL - based in Victoria
Gill has been teaching Economics since 1997 and has enjoyed relating the course to a wide range of international students based in schools in London, Dubai, Dusseldorf, Bahrain and Melbourne. She has been an IBDP examiner for Economics Paper 2 HL for the past 15 years and a Team Leader since 2013. Gill has also been an examiner for the Extended Essays and Internal Assessment.
