Pre-Course Questionnaires

You will be asked to complete an online questionnaire for each class. This enables you to tell us what specific help you are seeking.

Be honest! Your responses will help identify the areas that your OSC teacher will focus on. They will plan the course using their professional experience of what students need, combined with your responses.

The idea is that you will cover everything in the revision course, but not to the same depth for everything; some parts just need to be pointed out, while others need a deeper dive. Your responses will help your OSC teacher know what to cover in depth with you and allow them to prepare relevant support resources.

You should have received an email with your pre-course questionnaire(s) to complete. Please complete them before 10th September. Any questionnaires completed after this date may not be able to be taken into consideration when teachers are planning the course.
