Her favorite workshop to teach is the "Projects" workshop, because she feels developing a truly successful Middle Years Programme shows when students succeed in their aspirations for their community and personal projects. Seeing students accomplish their goals and seeing their transformation is what true learning is. She has been a personal project supervisor and coordinator, and a community project coordinator. Rachel has been a teacher of English language & literature, English language acquisition, head of curriculum, and currently academic dean at a small private school in the United States (US).
