### What does the OpenApply Implementation Process look like?

### Implementation Agreement

1. <mark style="color:orange;">**Overview**</mark>\
   We provide a 60-90 day implementation period upon your school’s purchase of OpenApply. You will be assigned a dedicated Implementation Manager, who will walk you through the set-up process, learn your school’s goals for launching the system and tailor your implementation schedule accordingly. <br>
2. <mark style="color:orange;">**Client Responsibilities**</mark> \
   The client will be responsible for providing forms and data to the OpenApply team for their basic set up. They will need to complete any account set-up items outlined by the Implementation Manager. Additionally, they will be responsible for the maintenance of the account, such as forms or  checklist updates post-implementation. <br>
3. <mark style="color:orange;">**Implementation Manager**</mark> \
   Your assigned Implementation Manager will be responsible for:\ <mark style="color:green;">**✓**</mark> Understanding your schools goals and setting milestones based on your target go live date \ <mark style="color:green;">**✓**</mark> Be your key contact via email for any questions you have regarding the onboarding tasks\ <mark style="color:green;">**✓**</mark> Conducting meetings to help you action the onboarding tasks and learning how to use the system\ <mark style="color:green;">**✓**</mark> Providing best-practices and advice on how to configure your account and introducing it to staff and your school community\ <mark style="color:green;">**✓**</mark> Ensuring you feel confident in navigating and managing your account\ <mark style="color:green;">**✓**</mark> Conducting a final review meeting to ensure your account is set up for success \ <mark style="color:green;">**✓**</mark> Introducing you to your School Experience Manager and Support Team once the implementation is complete&#x20;
