Implementation Timeline

Implementation Agreement
Overview We provide a 30-90 day implementation period upon your school’s purchase of SchoolsBuddy. You will be assigned a dedicated Implementation Manager, who will walk you through the set-up process, learn your school’s goals for launching the system and tailor your implementation schedule accordingly.
Client Responsibilities During the Implementation period, the school will be responsible for: ✓ Submitting Site Creation, Data Integration and SSO Setup Forms. ✓ Communicating with payment providers to set up accounts and provide payment gateway credentials for integration. ✓ Complete any pre-training and training tasks outlined by the Implementation Manager.
Implementation Manager Your assigned Implementation Manager will be responsible for: ✓ Understanding your schools goals and setting milestones based on your target go live date ✓ Be your key contact via email for any questions you have regarding the account building tasks ✓ Conducting meetings to help you action the pre-training tasks and learning how to use the system ✓ Regularly checking in to progress account set-up in time for the desired Go Live date. ✓ Conducting a final review meeting to ensure your account is set up for success ✓ Introducing you to your School Experience Manager and Support Team once the implementation is complete
