After reviewing the signup configurations, you should be well-prepared to introduce parents and students to the platform and proceed with the launch.

Once all implementation training sessions and setup tasks are complete, you are ready to graduate from implementation!

Don't worry though as our support doesn't end here. We recommend the following:

  • Your School Experience Manager (SEM) - schedule a call for discussion Your SEM is going to be your main point of contact long-term, their focus is in understanding your goals and priorities and making sure all of the tools and services you use are meeting or exceeding expectations. The SEM coordinates with our broader team, so you may sometimes work with someone from support, professional development, or even product, but it is the SEM who will make sure the right people are there to serve your needs! You will be introduced to your SEM on the graduation email.
