Once the account building tasks have been completed and teachers have had their initial training, you are ready to graduate from implementation!

Additional Trainings

An initial teacher training on Basic Navigation, Unit Planning, and Class Management is included as part of the initial implementation period.

However, additional trainings can also be scheduled with the ManageBac+ Support Team when required at any time in the future. You are able to find a detailed list on our Recommended Trainings page.

Review Schools Ecosystem

If you have additional systems/services (that are not one of our existing official integration partners listed via Settings > Integrations > Partners) used at your school that you would like to integrate with ManageBac+, you can schedule a call with our Schools Technology team to further discuss what your needs are and how we can best assist.

School Experience Manager

Your SEM is going to be your main point of contact long-term, their focus is in understanding your goals and priorities and making sure all of the tools and services you use are meeting or exceeding expectations. The SEM coordinates with our broader team, so you may sometimes work with someone from support, professional development, or even product, but it is the SEM who will make sure the right people are there to serve your needs!
