What does the ManageBac+ Implementation Process look like?

Implementation Agreement

  1. Overview The Implementation period will span over 30 days for standard implementations. If you school is implementing multiple programmes and modules, the timeframe will expand up to 60 days.

  2. Client Responsibilities The school will be responsible for actioning the set-up items. This includes importing data as well as the management of the data after the implementation period. These would be actioned or coordinated by the schools ManageBac Lead.

  3. Implementation Manager Your assigned Implementation Manager will be responsible for: βœ“ Be your key contact via email for any questions you have regarding the onboarding tasks βœ“ Creating a list of onboarding tasks based on the discussed school’s needs consultation in the first meeting (kick-off call). βœ“ Regularly checking in to progress account set-up in time for the desired Go Live date. βœ“ Conducting any meetings to help you action the onboarding tasks βœ“ Meet with you to discuss school’s needs in the kick-off call. βœ“ Provide progress update to you on any set up tasks being actioned by the ManageBac Team. βœ“ Conduct the final setup review meeting with you to ensure your account is set up for success βœ“ Help schedule an initial training session with your teachers βœ“ Introducing you to your School Experience Manager and Support Team once the implementation is complete
