Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Actioning or delegating the implementation onboarding tasks to appropriate members within the school

  • Overseeing the progression of the implementation tasks and following up with stakeholders at the school involved in completing these tasks

  • Scheduling the check-in calls with the Implementation manager

  • Take lead on arranging the date(s) for the initial teacher training(s)

  • Be the main point of contact at the school for arranging further teacher trainings

  • Help champion ManageBac+ within the school and keep tabs on buy-in from school community

  • Meeting with the school’s School Experience Manager post-implementation to discuss any issues

  • Oversee or action the transitioning of the account to the next academic year

  • Ensuring that new staff members are introduced to the platform and know where they can receive help

Additional Attendees

Alongside the ManageBac+ Lead, there are often other staff members with different knowledge or skill sets that are needed to support the implementation tasks at different stages. We would recommend the following:

Curriculum Coordinator

As you are able to configure additional standards and assessment rubrics in your ManageBac+ account, it is ideal to either speak to or invite someone at the school who knows your curriculum and grading process well.

Technology Lead /IT Director /ITC Teacher

ManageBac+ allows you to import information in bulk with CSV templates as well as set up integrations or allow access to our API. If possible, it is best to have a Technology Lead to assist with creation of spreadsheets. If not, not to worry, the ManageBac+ team is here to support you!

Heads of Programme/Department

As you are able to customise your unit templates, assessment options, and standards for each programme, you may wish to invite the heads of programmes to provide the required information for set up.
