For any large changes in process or tools, it's a good idea to have a thoughtful communication plan that anticipates and addresses concerns, and provides a shared vision for the future.

The ADKAR model is a powerful framework for managing change, that focuses on five key outcomes: Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, and Reinforcement. For onboarding teachers to the ManageBac+ software in a school environment, each element of the ADKAR model should be tailored to address the specific challenges and needs of the teachers. Awareness

Include key core team staff in the planning and decision-making process, particularly those who are influential among their peers. This can help build early buy-in.
