The PDP is a part of the evaluation process. As a school, you will identify an aspect the school is engaged with in terms of development. Some examples might be:

  • Health and wellbeing

  • Leadership

  • International mindedness

  • Approaches to teaching (ATT)

  • Approaches to learning (ATL)

  • Assessment

  • Evidencing learning

  • Learner agency

  • Professional learning

  • Service, action and contributing to a better world!

A PDP template is made available for you to use and document your programme development efforts and reflection.

Your school’s assigned IBWSM is there to guide you, and you are encouraged to reach out to them via email for queries related to evaluation. You may also wish to arrange an online meeting with your IBWSM, which is highly recommended. Remember, your IBWSM is there to support you with both the preliminary review and self-study!

Arrange an online meeting with your IBWSM to benefit from their support.
