# June/July (End of the school year)

### Administration

{% hint style="success" %}
Check for results in IBIS as they are released (normally around the 5th of July).
{% endhint %}

* Raw scores (out of 7) are first, followed by more detailed score reports.
* The detailed reports sometimes take 24 hours to run after you request the report. Everything is in IBIS.
* Students cannot check their results in Safari, only Firefox or Chrome.
* Submit Enquiries Upon Results (EUR) as necessary.
 * Ensure that families are aware they must pay for the EUR before submitting it.
 * Counsel students that their score could be lowered as a result of the EUR.
* Compile exam score results for teachers. An overall summary of all results as well as breakdowns of each component can be helpful.

{% hint style="success" %}
Update programme development plan and identify strengths of the programme and also the areas for development.
{% endhint %}

### Teachers

This can be a good time to review school policies with the whole CP team as well as review curriculum and reflect on the successes and the challenges of the past year.

It's also a great opportunity to congratulate your CP team for their hard work and achievements and reflect on areas for programme development going forward.

Facilitate the end of year reporting cycle.

### Students

End of year celebration for CP2 students!

End of year review with CP1 students. Depending on the size of your cohort, consider scheduling 1:1 meetings particularly if there is a summer internship or work experience element. Alternatively, schedule an end of year event to celebrate all the hard work, notable successes, prepare students for the milestones in CP 2 and university and college applications.
