Please note that this training is for customers that have subscribed to the CRM module.

What will we cover?

In this training session, we will introduce the CRM module and explore its four key functions:

• Contacts

• CRM Roster

• Analytics

• Messaging & Preferences

We will demonstrate how you can capture and nurture pre-enquiry prospects directly within OpenApply, send automated and scheduled emails, track sources, and leave notes. You will learn how to automatically subscribe parents to mailing lists based on specific and customizable criteria, and set up automatic notifications triggered by specified activities. Additionally, we will cover creating tracking links and viewing source numbers in real time. The training will also include an overview of analytics to gather detailed data on email campaigns, log indicators, mailing lists, and sources.

Who Should Attend?

• Admissions Team and/or IT Team: Depending on responsibilities related to CRM setup and management.

• Marketing Team: To leverage CRM functions for targeted communications and campaign
