👩‍💻Daily Usage of OpenApply

What will we cover?

In this training session, we will focus on the day-to-day usage of OpenApply. We will guide you through the dashboard to help you understand the information it provides and demonstrate how to search for specific students within the system. We will also perform an in-depth exploration of each roster: enquiries, applicants, students, families, and alumni—showing you how to view and manage their information effectively. We will cover all available functions within each roster, such as filtering, bulk messaging, tagging and editing to ensure efficient student management.

Additionally, we will review applicant profiles in detail, to understand the various actions you can perform, including editing student information and form responses, changing statuses, tracking checklist completion progress, contacting parents, uploading and downloading files, and managing student records through merging, archiving, or deletion.

Given the importance of these topics, it may be necessary to conduct two training sessions to ensure each function is thoroughly addressed and you achieve a comprehensive understanding of all functionalities.

If there are additional team members who wish to gain a thorough understanding of how to use OpenApply for daily operations, we encourage them to participate in the training sessions as well. This will ensure that everyone involved is well-equipped to utilize the system effectively and contribute to streamlined processes.
