What will we cover?
OpenApply includes functionalities for managing Events and Payments that can be optionally set up. If you wish to explore these features further before deciding whether to utilize them, we can arrange dedicated training sessions for these topics.
Events Functionality: This feature allows you to create and manage events such as tours or open days within OpenApply. During the training, we will demonstrate how to create and edit events, how parents can register for different events, and how to schedule, reschedule, or cancel events as an administrator. The Events functionality will enable you to handle all event logistics online, from registration to tracking attendance.
Payments Functionality: This feature streamlines the collection of payments from parents via OpenApply. In the training session, we will explain how to configure payment settings, including setting up payment methods and customizing invoices. We will also provide a comprehensive review of the payment management process for admissions and finance teams, as well as outline the parent experience during the payment process.
We recommend scheduling these topics as separate training sessions to enable relevant team members to thoroughly understand each function and assess if they align with your needs.
