What will we cover?

In the forms and core setup training sessions, we will offer a comprehensive overview of forms management, providing an in-depth understanding of how forms function within OpenApply. This includes detailed instruction on both the creation and modification of forms, as well as how automated tag rules based on form fields can help to streamline the admissions process.

We will also deliver an in-depth exploration of key admissions settings in OpenApply, covering the configuration of programs and year levels, as well as the management of statuses and notifications. This will encompass editing statuses, creating sub-statuses, and customizing automated email messages. Additionally, we will guide you through the configuration of checklists and conditional checklist items, ensuring a seamless enrollment experience for parents.

Finally, we will review the review mode, audit log, email error log, and Import & Export functions to ensure you are well-equipped to monitor system activity and manage data effectively.

*Given the depth and importance of these topics, it may be necessary to conduct two training sessions to thoroughly cover each setting and ensure you have a comprehensive understanding of all functionalities.
