Developing systems and procedures
School coordinators can set the stage for success by establishing systems and procedures around many aspects of managing the programme, including:
- Ongoing, school based professional development 
- Grade level/age group/subject specialist collaboration 
- Acquisition and/or purchasing of resources to support the implementation of the programme 
- Communication with the school community 
- Official IB training - How often will people receive training? 
- What priorities exist for official IB training? 
- How will training be financed? 
- How will participants apply and share their new understanding with others?
