What will we cover?

In activities management trainings, we will review how your school manages activities to recommend the most suitable module(s) for sign-ups.

Preference-based Module

Your implementation manager will guide you through the process of a preference-based signup using SchoolsBuddy Preference-based Module. The process generally includes 6 steps:

The comprehensive training is divided into two to three parts:

  1. Setup and Communication: This segment includes 1-2 sessions focusing on system configuration and effective communication strategies.

  2. Allocation, Generation, and Join Requests: A dedicated session covering the processes of allocation, event generation, and managing join requests.

  3. Fees: If your school's package includes the SchoolsBuddy Fees module, an additional session will be scheduled to cover fee management.

Instant Book Module

Your implementation manager will guide you through the process of using SchoolsBuddy Instant Book Module. The process generally includes 2 - 3 steps:

To fully set up the module, it will take two training sessions: one to prepare your account for sign ups and a following training for post sign ups.
