# Making the Case for SEL - OECD

The OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation & Development) defines SEL as a 'framework for social and emotional skills which outlines a set of social and emotional skills tied to positive personal and societal outcomes'. Similar to CASEL, the framework has five domains:
