Now that you have an overview of change leadership, it’s time to jump into your process planning.

While building your process, you define your end goal(s) and how you will achieve them. In clearly articulating these milestones you work through potential obstacles, recognise the nuances of the change, and make the plan accessible to your team.

This will leave all involved – including yourself – feeling supported and empowered, rather than anxious, confused, or frustrated.
