# Unit 2: Key Tools for Collaboration

## Unit Goals

Identify three key considerations for creating meeting spaces that have an impact:

**1. The Space**

Categorise meeting space locations and explore how this would impact the meeting

**2. The Agenda**

Pre-planning the direction of a meeting and how we can adjust in the midst of change

**3. Recording Tools**

Reflect on ways to record key ideas from the meeting and how to share them with all stakeholders
