# June/July (end of school year)

![](/files/gX675BIY7gSgJrCRjg1j)

* Facilitate any summer training as necessary.
* Check for results in IBIS as they are released (usually starting around July 5).
  * Raw scores (out of 7) are first, followed by more detailed score reports.
  * The detailed reports sometimes take 24 hours to run after you request the report. Everything is in IBIS.
  * Students cannot check their results in Safari, only Firefox or Chrome.
* Submit Enquiries Upon Results (EUR) as necessary.
  * Ensure that families are aware if they must pay for the EUR before submitting it.
  * Counsel students that their score could be lowered as a result of the EUR.
* Compile exam score results for teachers.
  * An overall summary of all results as well as breakdowns of each component can be helpful.

{% hint style="warning" %}
Be sure to follow local rules regarding student privacy. It may be okay to share score summaries across subjects, for example, but not a student’s specific results.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
Take a break and get ready to start all over again!
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://guide.fariaedu.com/monthly-ib-diploma-programme-coordinator-guide/june-july-end-of-school-year.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
