Writing in response to Short Answer Questions is challenging. Not only do you have to understand the content, but you also have to meet the demands of the command term and keep within a tight word limit. Learning to write like a psychologist takes time and to reach the top mark bands for a response to this SAQ you need to:

* Write about one neurotransmitters, not two or three
* Focus on the explanation, not the psychological study. Your study serves to illustrate your explanation
* Write about one human behaviour not two or three
* Focus on human behaviour, not on biological processes
