Guided Coursework Project

• This investigation will bring into comparison works from different cultures and/or historical periods. It should take the form of a 2000-word, illustrated cross-cultural investigation

External Assessment

Paper 1

• Short answer question paper consisting of two questions and a series of 8 images of works of art and architecture, chosen from the list of works for examination in that year for the eight topics of the syllabus

Paper 2

• Extended Response paper based on an in-depth knowledge and analysis of broad arthistorical issues with examples taken from the two topics chosen from the syllabus outline
